It is with immense pride and a deep sense of privilege that I serve as the Principal of SHIELD DEFENCE COLLEGE, LUCKNOW. I am brimming with excitement and optimism for the remarkable achievements we will accomplish together. Our commitment is to provide a safe and nurturing environment where every student can learn, grow, and flourish. The remarkable journey of Shield Defence College has been characterized by grace and magnificence. I firmly believe that each and every cadet of SDC is united by an unbreakable bond of solidarity and a strong sense of belonging, rooted in their institutional pride and commitment to excellence. We prioritize quality infrastructure, faculty, learning environment, and life skills imparted, while maintaining uncompromised academic standards alongside rigorous physical and outdoor activities.

In my eyes, SDC stands as an iconic institution and symbol of excellence in training and mentoring for all types of defence exams in India. It attracts aspiring young boys and girls from every corner of our nation, transforming them into officers by providing them with the opportunity to join the prestigious National Defence Academy in Khadakwasla, Pune, India.

The core objective of our education and training is to impart the highest quality of academic and technological knowledge, equipping young minds with the necessary qualifications as the foundation for their future careers. Both boys and girls undergo years of rigorous training to meet the required physical and endurance standards, alongside achieving proficiency in academic grades. We instill in every aspirant the qualities of leadership, a thirst for self-improvement, and a drive to excel in every facet of life. We place great emphasis on overall personality development by nurturing self-discipline, honor, integrity, duty, and a sense of pride.
